www.quikklycodes.com, *.Quikkly.io and www.quikklytags.info (combined “our site”) is a site operated by Quikkly Ltd (“we” or “us”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 08460013 and have our registered office at Suite 2 First Floor, Braywick House West, Windsor Road, Maidenhead, Berkshire, United Kingdom, SL6 1DN.
We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and comply with industry best practices and relevant legislation such as GDPR.
This policy (together with our EULA and any additional terms of use incorporated by reference into the EULA) applies to your use of the Quikkly App, Services, Platform and Website (as defined in the EULA, together the “Quikkly Services”). This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read this policy carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.
Capitalized terms that are not defined in this policy shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the EULA.
By browsing and using the Quikkly Services, you expressly consent to this Privacy Policy governing your use of the Quikkly Services. If you do not accept such use of your personal data, you must not use the Quikkly Services.
For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “Act”) and as defined under the Act, we are the Data Controller.
INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU
This section describes the way we collect and use personal data depending on the way you use Quikkly services. Quikkly services can be used in two main ways:
Use of Quikkly services, including SDKs as a developer/app distributor
Use of Quikkly as a consumer where an app you use contains Quikkly services
1. Use of Quikkly services, including SDKs as a developer/app distributor
In order to use Quikkly services as a developer, we require that you create an account with us. At this time, we collect your email address, which we use to identify your account and to send you developer-related news and updates about Quikkly services.
Quikkly may collect anonymous usage data but does not collect or store any personal data
Should you sign up for paid plan with Quikkly, we will also require your payment details, which are processed in accordance with industry best practices by our payments provider, Stripe.
2. Use of Quikkly services as a consumer where an app you use contains Quikkly services
If you are using Quikkly where our services have been embedded in an app created by a third party, please refer to the privacy policy of the third party's app. Quikkly collects no personal data when operating within a third party app. We may collect anonymous usage data.
WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Any data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our third party suppliers. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this usage, transfer, storing and/or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of the Quikkly Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.

You may unsubscribe from any promotional information that we may send you by emailing us at support@quikklymobile.com.
You can find out if we hold any personal information by making a "subject access request" under the Act. If we do hold information about you, we will supply it to you as upon request. To make a request to us for any personal information that we may hold, you need to put it in writing addressing it to the Support Team, Quikkly.

To request the deletion of your personal information, you may contact us by email at support@quikklymobile.com or by writing to The Support Team, Quikkly. We will comply with your request in accordance with and subject to the Act.
CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to vary this privacy policy from time to time. Such changes shall either be notified to you by e-mail or posted on the home page of our site. Changes in this manner shall be deemed to have been accepted if you continue to use the Quikkly Services after a period of one (1) week from the date of transmission of the e-mail or of posting on the home page of our site, whichever occurs later.

Such Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use the Quikkly Services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site;
